Part time receptionist wanted at wellness centre in London W1
We are a Japanese inspired Wellness Centre based in Marylebone, central London. We offer a range of complementary therapies, holistic beauty treatments as well as well-being related natural products.
We are currently looking for a part-time and /or ad hoc receptionist who can work 1-3 days a week (Tuesday/Friday and Saturdays) and ad hoc as a holiday cover for front of house duties. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, scheduling clients' appointments effectively and communicating professionally with customers, co-workers and management.
The right candidate must have a good telephone manner, be computer literate and fluent in written and spoken English. Previous receptionist experience is preferred but not essential.
Position: part time receptionist
Start: From late April 2022 the earliest (Training will start asap)

Skills and Specifications
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with customers, co-workers, and management.
Good time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
Computer knowledge including but not limited to point-of-sale systems and data entry.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Excellent spoken and written skills in English Ability to work for a long term.
Ability to work as holiday cover on ad hoc basis
Ability to cover sickness cover at short notice
