Exeter and District Local group

Hi All, Well at last I can give you the details of the first meeting of the Exeter and District Complementary Therapists group meeting. As you can imagine it has been a bit of a nightmare trying to accommodate everyone's wishes re dates and times and of course being the holiday season has not helped. I really hope as many of you as possible will try to attend and help to get this group off the ground and active. OK! Suspense over. The first meeting details are as follows: DATE: 5th August 2008 TIME: 7.30pm - 9.30pm LOCATION: St.Sidwell Centre, Sidwell Street, Exeter, ( This is opposite the Amber Rooms pub. Go up the path towards the church building and look to your right where you will see the entrance ). COST: It will cost £3.00 on the night which will go towards the room hire and refreshments. Any surplus over the months will be held for the group to use as they see fit. AGENDA: The agenda will be decided by YOU! To avoid the first meeting developing into chaos I have put together a short list off topics. TOPICS: Introductions Purpose of group General forum - What's on your mind and what do you need? Small discussion groups - Ideas News and Events As I say this is flexible although there are certain things that need to be done to enable the group to move forward. Could all attendees please bring a notepad and pen! Please inform as many fellow therapists as you can. The more we are the stronger we become! I hope you can all attend and look forward to seeing you there! Regards John Maclean CThA Local Group coordinator
