Exeter Torbay & District - Boundary Expansion
May I be permitted to remind therapists and student therapists that we have expanded our area to cover the previously uncovered area from South Exeter down to Dawlish in the East and Brixham in the West (including Totnes area).
We wish to provide opportunity for therapists and students in this area to join our vibrant network.

Exeter Torbay & District CThA Group
Dear Therapist/Student Therapist,
The Exeter, Torbay & District local support group meet regularly in Exeter at The Sidwell Centre and are soon to meet in Kingskerswell (in the village hall next to The Sloop). There is a small levy of £3 per meeting to cover costs.
The meetings are advertised on the CThA website (route - 'Forums' - 'Local Member Groups Forum' - 'Exeter Torbay & District') giving information on the speaker, venue, date and time.
At each of the ordinary meetings we have updates from the Group Co-Ordinator on news from CThA and any discussions pertaining to this and other group matters. There is also a talk or demonstration from an invited Guest; these are always informative and entertaining.
With the aid of a £5 ET&D Group Annual Membership fee we are putting on offer one day workshops throughout the year. These can be attended by the Members and if you wish to attend but are not a Member then the £5 fee will be required. It is expected to be able to arrange these for a reasonable cost per attendee. These can be led by anyone from the group or outside. If anyone is interested in offering a workshop then please contact Keith, details below.
It is vital to the Group's success that we have pro-active members who are willing to offer ideas, workshops, venues, speakers etc., remember this is YOUR group. These are great events to gain the valuable CPD points we all need as well as being a good place to network. Please bring along your cards, leaflets, course information to display at the meetings.
The CThA is the umbrella organisation but you do not need to be a member of the CThA to attend these meetings and benefit from the network and speakers.

Just to remind you that on Tuesday 15th June (next Tuesday) we hold our first meeting in Kingskerswell.
