Advise on renting a therapy room

Hello I am considering renting massage space in a central London location. They are open 8am-9pm, 7 days a week and are offering different time slots (e.g morning, afternoon & evening slots). I was wondering if anyone can advise which are the peak slots to go for e.g. when am I likely to see more client bookings? In your experience, which times are your busiest business hours? and should I go for weekdays or weekends? Also, would I still need a Special Treatment License or is this something I should enquire whether the establishment has one that will cover me? Thank you Best wishes Dora
