Client Contracts
Hello,
What are client contracts. I am assuming it is a term for the consultation process whereby a medical/lifestyle history is taken, therapy/treatment is explained and the client signs to say they understand and are willing to proceed ?
If not and is something seperate I would appreciate any information .
Thanks Sandra :)

Hi Sandra,
That is also my understanding. Most times it is understood that what we do is in good faith with no intention to harm the only time there is need for a "client contract" is if someone takes it upon themselves to make a claim against us. It rarely happens but occasionally it does and by us having each consultation documented we at least cover our backs.
I suggest you ask CThA for a clear definition that way your mind is at ease.

Thanks Angela,
Have sent the same question to administration at CTHA , awaiting a reply.
Take Care Sandra :)
