Client Management Systems

I have been looking at a couple of client management systems for my Thai massage practice. The Essential Tranining Solutions CMS package seems to be pretty comprehensive but I would be grateful for any advice / experience from those that have used this or any other sytems? Does anyone have any recommendations please? Many thanks.
