CPD Points


Hi Can someone please tell me how many points I need a year to continue on the register? I am finding it very difficult to find this out Many Thanks

Looking at the self certification form it says the annual requirement is currently 10 CPD credits.

Hi Leigh, If you do a CPD course which gives you more than 10 CPD points you can carry them over to the next year. Kelly

For information. Members do not have to do courses to earn CPD. CPD can be gained from reading the quarterly journal or any other publication which helps to develop them professionally (1 per hour) to attending an exhibition or conference. (5 points a day) And of course, not forgetting attending a local group meeting which earns 2 points. So 10 a year is not that onerous? Edith Maskell
