Do we still need to do COVID Health Questionnaire and take temperature?

I am still asking Covid health questionnaire (if they have a cough, fever, been abroad, been in contact, etc, etc) and taking temperature. But my clients are asking why I am keeping this. Do we still carry with this procedure? Thanks
