Fitness and/or detox retreats

Hello, Does anyone have any experience of health/fitness/detox retreats? Are there any places you would recommend for this?

I have heard good reports about a place called Moinhos Velhos which is in the Algarve Portugal. I do not have personal experience of the fasting program but have met the owner Frank & Janni who are both very nice.
