Meditation/relaxation

Hi, I am interested in doing a course to qualify in the teaching of meditation / relaxation as a post graduate Massage Therapist. Can anyone recommend a college in the Essex/London area? Thank you Bridgette x

Smart Foundations in Brighton are worth the trip down from London. Small groups and an excellant tutor.
