Offering treatments at a public event

Hi, I have been asked to take part in a summer fayre at my child's school, offering 10-15 minute treatments. I have never worked at an event in this capacity before and was wondering if you have any tips? What do you do about consultation? I am trained in reflexology, Indian head massage and holistic massage. I am thinking seated treatments, perhaps head, neck or hand massage. Any advice is much appreciated. I haven't answered yet!

Hi, Seated neck and shoulders and IHM. You could have an option of Hand massage to. Need leaflets/flyers/cards etc. You could do an offer/discount if they book a treatment. One page consult for them to fill out and sign/date. Otherwise, you can either do a verbal or show them a health screening sheet/covid questions that they read and a separate form with a disclaimer etc... each client puts their name, date, treatment type and signs (a table). Whichever method you use, you need to have a client signature to be covered. If unsure, best double-check with your insurance. Good Luck should be fun! :-)
