remedial massage courses

Having qualified in Holistic massage 18 months ago I have found this is not sufficient to treat the various specific back, neck etc problems presented by my clients. Please can someone recommend a good Remedial/Advanced Massage course in the Hampshire/Dorset area ? (I have looked at the Embody list of courses but would appreciate any advice).
