To cruise or not to cruise....

Hello again, In my continued search for options, and with the goal of travelling to study massage, I wanted any opinions on massage on cruise ships... I've heard it is back breaking work, very intense and that staff well eying is not taken into account. Can anyone share experiences or thoughts on this as well as potentially recommending any cruise lines where the work is doable and worth the money you earn as a way to save. All feedback is appreciated greatly :) Thanks
