Treatwell Platform

Hiya - Yes im presently on Treatwell - they are good to get clients - I took along time to decide whether to use them or not but overall they have been good - if you are mobile - make sure when you set up your page/advert with all your treatments - state that you are come to clients home as Ive had a few clients book treatments and turn up on my doorstep! I did speak with Treatwell about this but they just said that they had not experienced this before! - I just updated my page asking new clients to ring me when they have booked a treatment but this doesn't happen - I contact them asking to address etc. Overall treatwell are good - they always ring you when a new booking has come in and text you as well. On each booking they take approx £5, when clients have booked on treatwell - they tend to send them offers - to keep them coming back to treatwell - I ask the clients to come direct with me (asking them to send you the offers so you can offer the same) Hope that is helpful
