Does anyone know by the chance about the place in London where possible it would be to buy therapist uniforms ? I dont need online.

You could try somewhere called Alexander Work Wear that are situated around the back of the Oxford Circus area of London. They mainly deal with medical work wear, so nursing uniforms etc., but they may have appropriate clothing, such as tunics and trousers.
They do have a website and I think you can order online too.
