A FREE Qi GONG Taster
A FREE Qi GONG CLASS on the 1st FEB 2016 taught by Wayne Harris of Training4Life.
This class will take place from 7pm to 8:15pm at The Waterside Centre, 26 Avenue Road. London. SE25 4DX (10 minutes walk from Norwood Junction mainline station).
Catch the 410 and a 3 minute walk or free parking is available on site.
Doors open at 6.45pm and the classes will start at 7pm.
We encourage all levels no matter your age, your ability or your current level of fitness. You can do a little or a lot and still feel refreshed and energised. Please wear loose clothing.
