We had a fantastic meeting last night in Bromley, experiencing the power and ultra relaxing and energising effect of playing with sound freely and instinctively. Jennifer Dean-Hill then led the group in experiencing Energetic NLP, giving specific ways that it could be helpful to therapists in clearing energies left from clients as well in everyday life. Finally all the group had an opportunity to try out some mudras for healing.
Our next Bromley group will be in November and is planned to be a talk by Carole Preen on Neuroskeletal REalignment. Carole was responsible for introducing the therapy to the UK from Australia. Date TBA.
Absolute pleasure, it was a lovely evening, I loved hearing everyone explore their sound and meeting Jennifer was a delight.
