At our next meeting Graeme Marsh will be presenting on practical tools for Stress Management. Graeme is a top London personal Trainer,Author and Speaker who has written over 100 Articles for magazines including Mens Health, Mens Fitness,Marie Claire and many more and supplied expert comment to the Times and Metro. Graeme has also helped produce content for nationwide advertising campaigns and initiatives giving expert advice on training and nutrition. A great healthy start to take us in to the new year, an evening not to be missed.

Hello...I'm new to this and am a bit confused about who my local group is and how to be kept informed about meetings and events. I'm in Epsom, Surrey. Are the Surrey and South West London groups the same? Should I be joining a specific group or just keeping an eye on the forum discussions!? Help :-)

Welcome, you can attend any of the groups so register on the forums of the groups you are interested in.
South / West London is nearest as it meets in SW15 whereas Surrey group runs in Guildford (awaiting new co-ordinator)
Hope you can join us on the 29th January and do come and introduce yourself.

OK thanks. I've managed to subscribe to the South West London one but I don't seem to be able to susbscribe to any of the others now. Am I right in thinking you just click on the envelope icon?
Yes, that's all that is needed. If your current email address is up to date you will also be emailed details of meetings in local area.
Also look out for details of meetings in the Embody magazine :)
