Hope you're all well and had a lovely weekend.
Just a short email to let you know that I have confirmed Tuesday 8th November for our next meeting in Guildford. I have been chatting to a therapist who is experienced in Thai Massage - a treatment that is definately becoming more popular with the public. She will chat to us about her training in Thailand, benefits of Thai Massage and will also show us a few moves that we can practice on each other , so I will be asking people to bring mats (yoga) or towels with them. I am really looking forward to it.
