Our speaker for this month will be Sarah Kuipers of Your Health 2.
Sarah has over 20 years experience of working as a healthcare professional and will be talking about how we look after ourselves as therapists. We become very good at looking after and creating wellbeing for our clients, but what about ourselves?
What do you do if during a treatment your client has a healing crisis that is still with you after they've left. How do you deal with their baggage? This and a whole lot more will be explained in Sarah's talk.
