Our October meeting will include a talk from Harish Chavda on Laughter Therapy/Yoga.
What is Laughter Yoga?
Laughter Yoga is a unique concept. It is fast sweeping the world and is truly a life changing experience. It combines laughter exercises with yogic breathing, which brings more oxygen to the body and brain making one feel more energetic and healthy. The concept is based on a scientific fact that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter. One gets the same physiological and psychological benefits. Safe, easy and scientifically proven, Laughter Yoga is a lot of fun.

Biography
Harish is a qualified therapist, public speaker and a writer. He is passionate about health and well being using alternative tried and tested natural therapies. He has a personal mission "to help people to be happy and healthy".
Harish currently runs the StressFree Living (100) project, which promotes healthy living through seminars and workshops on the Art of Eating, Breathing, Sleeping, Yoga, Meditation, Laughter Therapy, Holistic Massage and Life Coaching.

Time: Meetings start at 19:30 thru to 21:30 and you are most welcome to bring a non-member with you.
Cost: Contribution of £3 towards hire costs.
