We hope you had a fantastic Christmas and a well earned break. We look forward to a healthy start to the new year with a warm welcome to Graeme Marsh.
Graeme Marsh will be presenting on practical tools for Stress Management. Graeme is a top London personal Trainer, Author and Speaker who has written over 100 Articles for magazines including Mens Health, Mens Fitness, Marie Claire and many more and supplied expert comment to the Times and Metro. Graeme has also helped produce content for nationwide advertising campaigns and initiatives giving expert advice on training and nutrition.
