Three Counites Border Group Meeting 22 September (Wokingham, Berks)
Dear Members
Anyone who finds the new Surrey venue out of reach, my group is only half an hours drive away. You may or not remember my visit last year. You are all very welcome to attend my group.
I hope you all had a good summer.
Our next meeting is on Thursday 22nd September, Adam Buttery will be our presenter for the evening and the presentation is about 'Trigger Point Therapy' together with a chance to try it on each other. Adam also practices Bowen and uses the Trigger Point and Bowen combined. I am told that Trigger Point therapy is a very useful tool to incorporate with other therapies, in particular massage. SO, an evening NOT to be missed!

Time: 7.30pm - 9.45pm
Cost of the evening including refreshments £5 for CThA members and £6 for Guests. You are welcome to bring as many as you wish.
