G'Day Everyone
Just to keep you all in the loop. I am now offically bionic. In February had my second total knee replacement, this time it was a fix. Current looking at changing my chef position in June and I am currently enroled in Nutrition & Health Course at Newbury College. So I am planning to make a come back Oct/Nov 2017, where I will be then organising the CThA lectures again.
