Lisa Leinhardt, a graduate of Sadie Lant,is based in Harrogate and will be teaching Yoga every Monday from 2:30pm-4pm. Yoga is a wonderful way to not only exercise the Body but the Mind & Soul too.The class will be held in Pure Treatment's Studio Room @ 1 Cheltenham Mount, Harrogate.
