Reminder: CThA Harrow, Middlesex & Uxbridge meeting -The Art of Eating - 23rd June - 6pm to 8pm

Hi Just a brief reminder about our meeting on the Art of Eating - with Harish Chavda (for more information, see my 19th May post below). How you eat, matters. Improve your health and well-being and also aids weight loss naturally. £4 towards hall hire and refreshments. Please let me know you are attending this meeting and/or Brogdale Apple festival.
