We have Sally Richards to come and give a talk. Sally is a counsellor, she is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Therapy can help with easing feelings that you are experiencing in the present but also offer insight into where those feelings originated from, identifying outdated coping strategies and assisting with the self-empowerment to break away from inhibiting patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviour. You are very welcome to join us for a very interesting evening.
