Special Treatment Licence from Swale Borough Council
Hi all,
I am currently a student member, and have been researching Special Treatments Licences - and more specifically if I need to get one from Swale Borough Council.
I will be offering massage initially, and see that CTHA have apparently negotiated exemptions from the fees for STLs with some councils. Can anyone tell me :
a. If I need one within Swale?
b. The normal cost within Swale?
c. Are CTHA members exempt from those charges within Swale?
