'M' Technique Course - Norwich - Wendesday 2nd December 2009
Course on 'M' technique - open to complementary therapists and qualified nursing/medical staff.
The 'M' technique is a simple method of structured touch. Each movement and sequence is done in a set pattern at a set pressure and set speed, which never change. The 'M' technique is different from massage. It is suitable for the very fragile; the critically ill, the dying or when the giver is not trained in massage.
