Local groups
Are there any local group{s} who meet up to discuss / chat / support each other in the north london area? I am in N13 and sometimes feel we as complementary practitioners often work too much in isolation.

Well, in the members section, there is a list of contact info for local group leaders. I also live in the north- N11. I think we need to get the north more active. I'll write to the local group co-ordinator, and you and I can stay in touch!
Excellent idea! Between us we will all have something to contribute. I recently went on a reflexology and intestinal link course & would recommend it to other practitioners.

How about we make a mailing list or some similar form of constant source of contact? That way we're always in contact and able to send fast communications- perhaps set up a support network/ co-operative for finding work and maintaining clients?
Think that would be a good idea. If we get some contact with our north london rep we can get the ball rolling.

There is an active group, albeit rather small, aound the Muswell Hill and Crouch End area. It meets regularly and the co-ordinator is Sylvia Batten 8883-7953. SHe will be delighted to hear from you.

I called Sylvia today. She thinks the next meet will be in about 2 weeks. In the meantime, does anyone in the Northern area want to join up for an informal chat over a drink or cuppa? I'm in the N11 postcode district, but I have free days I can travel on.

Yes, lets wait until Sylvia gets a meeting organised. It's always so diff to find mutual time in the day.
Hello all just wanted to know if there are any meeting going on in July or Aug in the muswell hill crouch end area.
Now the new forum page is re-vamped and the whole site more accessible, I wondered if anymore had come of a meeting group for North London? Looking at the last entries, all went very quiet. Does Sylvia still organise a group? Like to hear if anyone has an update.
