This two day course would be most suitable to those therapists with a sports massage qualification. My courses are designed to teach real practical skills that you will use in your own practice. Some of the more common injuries seen will be discussed, eg plantar fasciitis, muscle tears, achilles tendinitis, anterior knee pain, low back pain. I will introduce to you 3Dimensional stretching to the main muscle groups, and functional exercises that are much more accurate in there ability to spead up strengthening and the healing process. I will show you how to use foot orthotics and when to use them, plus useful taping techniques for common problems. A Certificate is awarded at the end.
