Trager Workshop Sunday 14th August

Dear All Some of you attended the last meeting on 19th May when Jenny Hare gave an extremely interesting and enjoyable talk together with a demonstration on the TRAGER Approach. Those of us who experienced this wonderful evening are keen to arrange a workshop with Jenny and Sunday 14th August has been suggested. There are many self-help ideas and ways of incorporating some of the basics into our own therapies. Please could you let me know as soon as possible if you are interested as numbers will affect the venue. The TRAGER Approach (www.trager.co.uk) The Trager Approach is the innovative approach to movement education, created and developed over a period of 65 years by Milton Trager, M.D. There are two aspects of The Trager Approach; one in which the client is passive and the other in which they are active. The passive aspect is usually referred to as the tablework, and the active aspect is called Mentastics. Utilizing gentle, non-intrusive, natural movements, The Trager Approach helps release deep-seated physical and mental patterns and facilitates deep relaxation, increased physical mobility, and mental clarity. These patterns may have developed in response to accidents, illnesses, or any kind of physical or emotional trauma, including the stress of everyday life. Time 10 am - 4 pm Venue : Subtle Aromatics - Silver Street, Cirencester / or South Cerney Village Hall ( depending on numbers) Cost : Â£45 Lunch - Bring a packed lunch to share Tea/ Coffee / Soft drinks provided

Dear Gill Thank you for your message, yes, pretty tired today - right shoulder playing up after all those back rubs etc. - thank goodness for SCENAR! I will put your name down for the Trager Workshop and ask for a Â£20 deposit if that is OK - cheques payable to Jenny Hare. Hi Gill Sorry for delay - been away for a couple of days - no, it's not too late for the workshop - Jenny wanted a max of 6 and, with you, we will have six at the Subtle Aromatics in Silver Street- will confirm details nearer the time so, send me your cheque and I will give it to Jenny. Dear Trager Workshoppers Just to let you know that I will be sending you a flyer which Jenny Hare is sending me with details and directions for Sunday's workshop. It will now be at South Cerney Village Hall which is 10 minutes from Cirencester. The start is 10.00 for 10.30. Bye for now Lindsay
