five senses
The theme for the meetings this year is the five senses
the first meetign and overview and introduction to the development and connections between the senses using activities was great fun and certainly gave every one something to think about
the Hearing meeting was again very interesting the key points being
1 go for a hearing test they are free on the high street and essential for ensuring good hearing healthe whatever your age
2 Do not use cotton buds the demonstration of how bugs multiply in the pot of buds was enough to put anyone off without the information that they just push the wax deeper int othe ear
3 use one drop of olive oil ( not cooking ) each week to keep ears clean and healthy
