The last meeting hearing with richard d shinnick from specsavers was very interesting
three points made
dont use cotton buds
have regular hearing tests
to clean ears use one drop of olive oil weekely or bicarb drops ( from pharmacy )
We are waiting for feedback on the hopi candle treatment
The gong bath / drumming healing session in spetember was a really special evenign we may be able to repeat this for anyone who missed it and we are hoping to organise a sessio with roz at her healing centre in march

Hi there,
Although I am based in warks, I am finding it hard to contact anyone from the area that meets up. I was hoping to attend the Sept meeting, but due to family commitments was unable to. I would be really interested in the sound workshop and hope that you can run it again.
