Aromatherapy and Alzheimers
My father has Alzheimer's but does not show the typical symptoms. Specifically, his moods are very good and great appetite.
He does get up at night and rustles around in the bathroom about an hour after he goes to bed.
Once in a while in the afternoon he will be more quiet and need to recharge and is less eager about activities.
I'd would appreciate some advice on some aromatherapy treatment to help him with his sleeping and to prepare just in case his anxiety level increases.
