Beauty Therapist

I work as a Beauty Therapist on a 40 hour contract. The majority of my work involves massage - back, full body. I work for a very well regarded spa, where the appointments at the weekends are back to back, with hardly any rest time. I often do 8 back massages without any breaks in between, and then more after a break. I am experiencing lots of aches and pains, including nerve pain. Are there any guidelines for the amount of massage a therapist should do and the rest times they should have?
