I wondered how someone who is not a therapist could set up and operate a successful complimentary therapy business.
The initial services offered would be massage therapy.

Without appropriate training and qualification you would be unable to obtain professional insurance to cover you in operation. Therefore, it is not possible without failing to maintain basic standards.
