Course C748 and C1152

I'm now a retired teacher and don't need to earn a living as I live off my pension - but I love massage. I've already got Thai Foot Massage Practitioner's Diploma and VCTC Level 3 Indian Head Massage. I do voluntary massage sessions in a Hospice and also sessions to people I know. I very much want to further develop my skills - but only on the feet, head, hands. I've read loads and have Simon Gall Piers book and CDs. In what way can either of the above courses advance my practice? Thanks Sylvie Brown
