Hi i'm a student studying HNC Complementary Therapies and i'm lost with my project. I was wondering if anybody could tell me bye laws and general guidelines for acupuncture ?

Have a look at the Legislation listed in response to the question relating to massage licensing. This will apply to acupuncture as it pierces the skin.

Yes this answer is great well put and succinct. Also if you go on to your local boroughs web site they often will have this information published.
