I think what's happened is that qualifications have been reviewed again this year to fit with the QCF - from looking at ITEC's website, it looks as though Indian Head Massage now sits within its beauty suite of qualifications at Level 3 certificate .( I'm more familiar with VTCT as an awarding body, and I know that their complementary therapy awards have been changed to fit with the QCF recently ) I'm guessing yours is the same issue as the person who posted above?
