ARE THERAPIES ACCEPTED OR IS THEIR STILL OPPOSITION FROM THE MEDICAL PROFESSION

Fortunately, there are many members of the medical profession who acknowledge the value of various therapies, it is the NHS and private medical insures who do not accept our valuable imput.

Well, there is some slow movement in the right direction: acupuncture for pain relief is available on the NHS and many GPs and physios are now trained to administer it, and I did hear that one west-country practice has chiropractic available. I think the public need to keep asking their GPs about accessibilty and help with funding - eg massage therapy for stress or post-physio as then we can create demand which may then be met.
