Hi, I am looking to book a massage for my mother in law, she has terminal cancer and is about to stop her medication. I have made enquiries at a number of spa hotels and been informed that this is not possible, please advise of locations where this may be available. Many thanks
Hi, you would need to find a therapist that is a specialist and has trained in providing therapy to cancer patients. I would advise phoning your local Cancer Unit/hospice or speaking to a Macmillan nurse who may have this information. Most therapist at a hotel or dos do not have the training or the insurance to cover them.
