post natal 6 months do I have to have a post natal massage or can I have an ordinary Swedish massage or hot stone massage and what about reflexology? if not when? thanks xxx
If its 6 months since your baby was born then you are fine for massage and reflexology. If you are still breast feeding and would prefer a maternity reflexologist there are quite a few around. I'm trained in both massage and reflexology including maternity reflexology and am in Surrey if you are local feel free to contact me.
