How long do pregnant ladies have to wait to safely have a massage?

Wouldn't normally do a massage until you are 12 weeks pregnant..

It depends on the treatment you would like and also the risk factor of your pregnancy. Some people have treatments before they know they pregnant with no harm done, however it all depends on the therapist and the individual. Hope it helps
