refreshing therapy skills

hi I qualified in VTCT Level 3 Holistic Therapies 3 years ago, but never took it up in anyway. However I am now brushing up on my theory and of course practical skills, as I have been offered a chance to work in a salon one day a week initially, to carry out treatments and its a great opportunity to get back into therapies. Does anyone have any tips as I am worried that I may not have the confidence to work with clients after so long and give a good treatment. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks x

Hi, I would recommend that you get some friends or family members to come along for some sessions with you to build your confidence and perhaps find someone who you could some treatment swaps with? Hope that helps. Regards Yvonne
