Supervision query

I am an NHS clinical manager. My team employs a manual and complementary therapist works with chronic pain sufferers who are victims of torture. These clients are mainly asylum and failed asylum seekers. I am investigating how we can best provide supervision for the post. If anyone is able to help me with this dialogue please contact me at: samantha.dorney-smith@nhs.net Many thanks

Hi, I do some work with a Dramatherapy charity who place supervising our therapists as a very important aspect of the work. If you would like to discuss how to take the process forward ( that's if you haven't started already) I'd be more than happy to talk with you. Best wishes Heather
