Supervision query
I am an NHS clinical manager.
My team employs a manual and complementary therapist works with chronic pain sufferers who are victims of torture. These clients are mainly asylum and failed asylum seekers.
I am investigating how we can best provide supervision for the post.

I do some work with a Dramatherapy charity who place supervising our therapists as a very important aspect of the work.
