is it worth joining CTHA if i plan to work in the u.s.or canada.is this association recognised outside the uk/ireland.how much to join.judy

You can join the CThA as an International Member. However the discounted insurance provided by Holistic Insurance Services would not cover you in North America. I would advise contacting the American embassy to check that your qualifications are acceptable in the state you are planning to work in. The embassy may also be able to provide you with a list of reputable insurers.
