Hi, there are contraindications and cautions with yoga as with most complimentary therapies. Are you concerned specifically with anything or just generally? If you have any recent injuries, illnesses or have never taken up exercise then I would suggest you speak to your G.P first. Yoga is suitable for most poeple as it can give you a strong, flexible healthy body.
