DoH response to the new regulatory body, CNHC
here is a link to the DoH newsletter which is sent to CEO's in the NHS, and it clearly states:
Action: "NHS chief executives should be aware of this new body and, when commissioning complementary healthcare services, to consider using those registered with the CNHC".
It is quite clearly a step forward in the right direction. As I have previously mentioned, it is the only regulatory body to have made any progress. It has been launched for less than one week, and it has created such a buzz in the industry, been on BBC TV, lots of media, and DoH are recommending it. BHMA launched a few months ago, and I only heard about it through Healthypages, and GRCCT which launched 2 years ago (correct me if im wrong), heard about only a few months ago.
