Since I posted my original question in April 2008 regarding regulation,
I now feel that some big issues have come to the fore and this is good.
However, it has left me wondering whether this bickering between Edith Maskell and Richard Johnson is becoming a slanging match and that the professionalism in achieving a satisfactory
resolve is looking more and more remote.
